Can Ice Water Burn 100 Calories a Day
Dear Friend,
In life doing the little things add up to big things.
One of my favorite sayings is, “There are a lot of little whale turds
that cover the entire ocean floor.” ... or somethin like that.
This is true for your health and fitness.
Every little healthy choice adds up to provide vast improvements.
Drinking ice water to burn more calories during the day is one of these.
And since you are already focused on drinking more water, what's the big deal
to add a couple of ice cubes to the mix.
Now will the results you see with this over time be drastic. No.
However, your body will burn more calories because it has to work to heat
the body once you drink the cold fluid. You can burn up to a 100 extra calories a
day depending on how much you drink.
Again, with someone consuming about 2,000 calories a day - the major thrust of
your
calorie burning should be exercise.

And every little bit of calories going bye, bye is what you want. The great thing
is
you don't have to lift a figure to do so.
Would a millionaire turn away 100 f.ree five and ten dollar bills a day.
Don't think so.
Whenever I have the chance I go to the fridge and toss in a couple cubes.
Even in the cold winter - I have always done this. Only place I haven't was
living in Deutschland where the ice is few and far between.
Every bit counts. Now go slock down the good stuff.
Endure and Burn Calories like
Best,
