Do You Talk To Yourself

Dear Friend,

Growing up my dad had a fundamental rule he lived by.
He taught us kids by his words and by his actions.

“If you don't have anything nice to say about
someone, don't say anything at all.”

This was reflected in the way he treated people.
In fact, my uncle and him were in the same trade.
One time my uncle Vince called him in the wee hours
of the night to help him out on a project that Vince was stuck on.

My dad did. He left his cuzy house, his wife,
his three little kids and headed out into the cold.

Dad helped solve the issue with Vince and
never did he ever raz, talk trash or
say anything negative towards him. Not once.
This is an honorable quality that I have always admired
and one story I'll never forget.

How you talk to others is one thing but knowing how
you talk to yourself is just as important.

Don't spend time wasting it on trivial useless trash talking and
belittling. These debilitating behaviors are caustic when you are in
hot pursuit of your goals. Why.

They hold you back because you think
everyone does the same to you when you go out on a limb
or stretch yourself in a way that goes against the grain.

Rather, always have your sights set on your goal.
Use that energy for something that you want to achieve.

If the average Joe and Jane spent half as much time focused
on their personal vision and less with self limiting behaviors,
we'd have a ton more Bill Gates and Steven Jobs in the world.

Think about your goals all the time - very similar to how I show you in
the Financial Goal Tracker instructional DVD.

The way you talk to yourself or about yourself is huge when making your dream a reality. Reason being is your subconscious hears
everything you say. It doesn't know if you are being sarcastic or not. It simply
takes in the information and spits out your actions accordingly.

Whether you think and say you can or can't achieve
your goals – you are correct.

Here are three different ways to talk to yourself.

1) Talk out loud to yourself while you exercise
or feel any empowering moment.

2) Talk silently to yourself, think about your
goals and hold those desires in your heart.

3) When you talk about your plight, speak in a
positive light (whenever you are chatting with friends or acquaintances.)

Your subconscious hears all and as a result works
frantically to bring success your way.

You can make huge strides in doing so.

Conceive, Believe, Achieve,
