What's the Biggest Room in the World
Dear Friend,
You don't need to learn anymore.
Don't try new things.
Don't listen to anyone.
You know everything - why should you buy any books or DVDs
that encourage and offer insights to provide healthy life affirming info. Who needs little
secrets to boost workouts in less time.
Some people believe they know everything, yet can't find ways
to motivate themselves to drop their excessssss poundage.
I'm reminded of the question: What's the Biggest Room in the World.
Answer to come but before I share, let me tell
about a conversation with a good friend last night.
He's a fellow college football friend who subscribes to my
newsletter as well as a few other letters.
Inferring he had enough fitness instruction from our
athletic days, he said, “You have a lot of helpful tips and
techniques but ALL I need is the motivation to get
off my little lazy lumps - Do It.”
“I already know what I need to do.”
In no way do I criticize him. Many people are like
this and have never set a foot in an athletic arena
in their life. But they have all the answers.
What I have learned from the time that
I hung up the cleats until now
is a huge percentage of my overall fitness development. I don't discount
everything up until then though either.
The time spent in the weight room and on the practice field was
fundamental to my growth.
But I view everything
I've picked up since then as the cream at the top.
I'm the strongest I've ever been
yet, I have not stepped inside a weight room in 4 years.
I've learned how exercise quicker and more efficiently.
I feel more vibrant and healthy than
ever before.
With my library of fitness books and DVDs - I've amassed a
great deal of knowledge
of how to help myself in this department
along with ALL my customers.
I'm hungry like the wolf for more information -
even if I pick up one
little nugget of gold.
But it starts with yourself. If you can command yourself,
you can command the Universe.
By learning from others you can observe what motivates
them, you can discover
new ways to get the job done better and in less time.
Many people enjoy working out
with a partner as opposed to by themselves.
DVDs and CDs are great for this as well.
Here is a good place to start with the Matt Furey Goal Tracker Success Package.
The Biggest Room in the World - is the Room for Improvement.
Always strive to get better only if its 1% a day. At the end of the
year you'll be astounded at your improvement!
