Dream big Today

Dream about improving your health. Dream about
attaining something you've never done before.
Dream during work, while you take a walk,
while you do your intense exercise, while you drive,
in the shower, just before you doze off to sleep, when
you wake at night to go to the bathroom and upon rising in the morn.
Record your goals on your iPod and listen to them all day long.
Listen to them so much you can repeat them forwards and back.
Be a day dreamer who takes action,

Ps. One of my dreams will take place this weekend
in that I'll compete in my second triathlon in one year.
Funny thing is I'm almost twice the size of most of these
racers weighing in at 230lbs. Most racers weigh a
whopping Buck Fifty– and I've even heard as low as 145lbs.
So why am I telling you all this. Just two years ago I perceived
this race to be unnattainable.
One of the ways I tricked my mind
into making it attainable was creating a series of visual goals of me
racing and crossing the finish line. It has to start with a dream, though.
Find something you've always wanted to do and move towards it.
I'll keep you posted on my results...
