Build a Success History

Just a quick but powerful note for today...

Dr. Maltz said, “Build on the successes
of the past to make you successful today.”

I don't care if your a coal miner
or an insurance agent everyone has times in their
past they can be proud. You need to recognize
them and note them.

Create a Success Log of everything in your life that
you are proud of BIg and small. Write them down in a journal

Give thanks for the awesome spirit that resides in YOU!

Open this on the days you feel in need of a pick-me-up
and review each success.
Talk about reflowing positive energy... LOOK OUT!
