500 Hindu Squats ACHIEVED!!!

Think 500 Hindu Squats are impossible?
Think again!
Were going to do things a bit different today. I'll first give you an
inspiring story and then a personalized tribute to the man himself
for all his hard work.

I'm very glad that I invested in the goal trackers and
the visuals of the Royal Court and Magnificent 7.
I just bought Gama-Fitness from Matt Furey
and am looking forward to incorporating it into what I'm doing. I wish I'd
discovered this all years ago, but am happy to have found it now and am
making up for lost time.
I have an easel set up in my living room with

are taped on the wall on each side of it. It's kind of
hard to miss them sitting there every time I walk by. My Goal Trackers end
on October 16th and the goal was 600, so I may very well exceed it, though
I'm thinking of holding at 500 HS for the next two weeks, because frankly, I
did 500 of them on Tuesday and can still feel it.
I'll send you the final results after October 16th.

Let me share Cpt. Mason's secret twist. You get a couple cold ones
(NO, NOT BEER!) Two (1) gallon jugs fridge temp (from sitting all night)
and take them with you into the shower in the morning. Dump 'em over
your head before you turn on the warm water...and you're off!
Says he even likes it!
