Say Goodbye to Yer Ole' Self

This month marks my 5th anniversary
of going from a fat slob to a phat healthy mac daddy.

Ain't life grand.

Yep, it's true. I was someone who was
feeling rotten, disgusted with
the image staring back at me in the mirror,
had zero energy, and as a result
my self-esteem was on vapors. If this

Trouble with most people is this...

This time of year brings out the gizmo-logic thinkers.
'I know how I can change the way I'm feeling,'
they think to themselves.

I'll run out and grab a gadgets that will do the
work for me. So they'll huncker down
and buy something that costs them anywhere
from $500 bones on up to around $3000.

Anything from Ab Thing-ma bobs to treadmills,
to in-house gyms, stair climbers and so on.

As soon as they make the purchase, the piece is like a car- it instantly
depreciates
once the box is ripped open.

It's worse than a car because a car they actually use.
The gizmos collect dust and are outdated within a
few short months.

Warning, if you don't want to spend $2000, you'll be getting something that is
unsafe for yourself or your family.

I once dated a girl whose mother literally had every closet
in her house stacked to the hangers
with the latest and greatest piece. Every year, she'd whip out her credit card
and order up the latest fitness product. Yet, none of them
had seen the light of day since they were delivered to the house.

We're talking over 14k worth of inventory here folks. And zero return
on her money - if you know what I mean... trying to be nice.
