Do you have a goal you want to achieve this coming year?

Truth is many people live their lives never keeping score of the personal games or goals they're seeking.

It's kinda like watching your favorite sporting event and hearing the announcer say, "Folks, today we are going to play for kicks." Do you think there would be anyone in the stadium or wasting their time watching the game on TV?

You simply have too many things on your plate if you are the average American with a family and a job and hobbies or TV time to plan and keep score of how you are progressing with your health.

You could be way off course and frustrated wondering to yourself, "Why can't I ever make progress or get anything done?"

There can be many sollutions to your challenges but what I want to share with you is KEEP SCORE. It's a simple technique that doesn't take much energy to ensure success! When you keep score some days you'll score touchdowns and other days you'll kick field goals. Still others you'll get shut out. It happens. It happens to me. It happens to all of us.

The key thing to remember is by keeping score of your fitness progress you'll at least move in the right direction. Almost like taking baby steps towards the door of your goal destination. Sure you might wobble a bit getting there and even fall down, but your eyes will be set on the target.

Some think it's difficult or hard to do but it really isn't. By keeping score of "health to do tasks" you'll find that you look forward to them. The process is a lot easier than you think. People will soon be commenting, "Why have you lost some weight?" "You look great!"
