Yesterday I finished my Goal Trackers. My goals were 600 Hindu Squats and 80 Hindu Pushups.When I started this in the end of July, I could only do 220 HS and 25 HP. Yesterday, I exceeded my goals! 613 Hindu Squats (in 18 minutes flat) and 100 Hindu Pushups (in 7 minutes).

"Vinnie, after purchasing your Success Visuals posters, I was motivated to work out a plan. I subtracted my current rep count from my goal and then divided the remaining weeks to my target date by the rep count difference. That worked out to about 4-5 additional reps a week. Something that seemed like I could attain. I would face the posters while I worked out and picture myself performing the movements like Matt.
They're not big numbers but I was totally stoked to be able to do 150 Hindu squats, 50 Hindu push ups and a two minute bridge on my 50th birthday. I won all those medals as a result of keeping score and measuring my progress along the way.
