Having done pushups to supplement my workouts in the past, I was big on finding ways to improve constantly. I only wish I could have learned these exercises earlier in my atheltic career. My level of strength would have gone through the roof. How do I know? Based on the results I've gotten in the past few years after being introduced to Matt I have found there are no other exercises on the planet to get powerful workout in such a short time. When I first started I could do maybe two Hindu pushups and now I'm up to sets of 30. Pain free joints is what I enjoy most the following day.
